Broiled Flounder Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 fillets (per serving)
    minced fresh garlic
    1 Tbsp. melted butter (per fillet; less may be used)
    lemon juice to taste
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place fillets in broiler pan.
    Spoon garlic over fillets. Drizzle melted butter, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Broil until lightly brown being careful not to overcook.
    Fish should flake with fork.
