Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation
    Boil chicken until done.
    Reserve broth for later use.
    Mix chicken (deboned), salt, pepper, lemon juice, mayonnaise, soup and onion together; leave in refrigerator overnight.
    Pour remaining chicken broth over stuffing mix.
    Place on chicken mixture.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
