Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, halved and boned
    1 can sauerkraut, drained thoroughly
    4 slices (4 x 6-inch) natural Swiss cheese, halved
    1 1/4 c. bottled Thousand Island salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    In a greased baking pan, place chicken; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Place sauerkraut over chicken.
    Top with cheese.
    Pour salad dressing evenly over cheese.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
