Baked Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cooked, peeled and diced potatoes
    1 lb. American cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 lb. partially fried bacon, chopped
    1/4 c. sliced stuffed green olives
Preparation
    Combine first four ingredients.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with bacon and olives.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0. Can do ahead. Serves approximately 12.
