Hawaiian Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple chunks
    2 c. cubed ham
    2 1/2 c. frozen peas
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. lite soy sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 c. juice from canned pineapple
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch (optional)*
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine in an electric skillet or wok.
    Stir in garlic powder, soy sauce, brown sugar and orange juice.
    Drain juice from canned pineapple and measure out 1 cup.
    Add to skillet.
    Heat until simmering, then add ham, pineapple and peas. Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Serve alone or over rice.
