Pepperoni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cups torn lettuce (about 1 medium head)
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    4 oz. mozzarella cheese, cubed (1 cup)
    1 c. garbanzo beans, drained
    1/2 c. thinly sliced pepperoni
    1/4 c. sliced green onion
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
    salt
    freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    In large salad bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, garbanzo beans, pepperoni, and onion.
    Pour Italian dressing over. Toss lightly.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Yields 8 or 9 servings.
