Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. zucchini squash
    4 c. onions
    5 Tbsp. salt
    2 1/4 c. vinegar
    4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 green bell pepper
    1 red bell pepper
Preparation
    Grind zucchini squash and onions.
    Add 5 tablespoons of salt and let set overnight.
    Drain in the morning and rinse in cold water.
    Add vinegar, sugar, nutmeg, dry mustard, turmeric and pepper.
    Grind green and red pepper and add to mixture.
    Cook 3 minutes.
    Put in jars and seal.
