Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. strawberry Jell-O
3 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen strawberries
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 sticks margarine
2 c. crushed pretzels
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
not quite 1 c. sugar
4 1/2 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water.
Add 1/2 cup cold water and stir in 2 packages partially thawed strawberries.
Set aside.
Cream 3 tablespoons brown sugar and margarine.
Stir in pretzels.
Press mixture into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool.
Blend in bowl cream cheese, scant cup sugar and Cool Whip.
Spread cheese mixture over cooled pretzel crust.
Add strawberry mixture and refrigerate.
