Snails - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. margarine or butter, softened
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 tsp. finely chopped green onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 pkg. 2 dozen snail shells
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can natural snails, drained and rinsed
    2 Tbsp. dry white wine or apple juice
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix margarine, garlic, parsley, onion, salt and pepper.
    Spoon small amount of margarine mixture into each snail shell; insert snail and top each with remaining margarine mixture.
    Pour wine into 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish or into each section of snail plates; arrange filled shells open end up on dish or plates.
    Bake until margarine mixture is bubbly, about 10 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
