Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    cheese
    1 small chopped onion
    Pepperidge Farm herbed seasoned stuffing
Preparation
    Peel, slice and boil potatoes for 20 minutes.
    Drain.
    Mix soup, sour cream and onions until smooth.
    Layer potatoes, then soup mix and potatoes with soup mix on top in a casserole dish.
