Peggy'S Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef for stew or pork loin (I use the loin)
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    4 Tbsp. mustard (regular)
    2 lemon slices or 1/8 c. lemon juice
    1 c. catsup
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cook meat in crock-pot.
    Take out and shred.
    Put back in crock-pot and add sauce after you make it.
