Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash (6 c.), sliced
    1/4 c. onions
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. sour cream
    8 oz. box dressing mix
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. melted butter
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Boil squash and onions 5 minutes.
    Combine everything except stuffing, butter and cheese.
    Mix butter and stuffing in bottom of pan.
    Sprinkle stuffing and cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
