Fruity Breakfast Parfait - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped fresh pineapple
1 c. frozen raspberries, thawed
1 c. low-fat yogurt
1 firm medium banana, peeled and sliced
1/3 c. chopped dates
1/4 c. sliced almonds, toasted
Preparation

In glass, layer pineapple, raspberries, yogurt, banana and dates.
Sprinkle top with almonds.
