Seven-Minute Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. milk
    2 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    In a microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine sugar and cornstarch. With a hand mixer, beat in milk and egg yolks until smooth. Microwave on Medium for 5 minutes.
    Beat well with mixer. Microwave on High for 2 minutes; stir.
    Blend in butter and vanilla.
    Pour into serving dishes; cool.
    Makes 3 to 4 servings.
