Potato Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat egg, flour, salt and mustard until smooth in a 1 cup container.
    Fill cup with milk.
    Boil 1 cup sugar and 1 cup vinegar.
    Pour in egg mixture and stir until it thickens.
    Cool before adding to potatoes or macaroni.
    Makes a large amount.
