Mom'S Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. melted margarine (I have used 1/2 c. oil)
1 c. sugar
1 c. raisins
2 tsp. soda
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. hot applesauce (unsweetened)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Mix together sugar, spices, flour, salt and raisins.
I heat applesauce in microwave, add margarine until melted.
Then put in soda and add applesauce mixture to the rest.
Bake in 11 x 7-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
