Stir-Fry Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless top sirloin
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    1 clove garlic
    5 large mushrooms
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    pepper
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    Cut sirloin into bite size pieces; set aside.
    Cook garlic in wok for 15 seconds, then add cut vegetables.
    Add a little oil if necessary.
    Cook until done; set aside.
    Add meat and cook until done.
    Mix soy sauce, pepper, cornstarch and Worcestershire sauce. Pour into wok with meat.
    Cook for 2 minutes, then add vegetables and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
