Italian Wedding Cookies Or "Jeannettes" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil or melted shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. lemon extract
    2 tsp. anise extract
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. almond extract
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except flour together.
    Add flour to make a soft dough.
    Roll and cut into long strips.
    Wrap each strip around finger and drop on a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Cool.
    Dip the tops in icing or put in large
    bowl and coat the entire cookie.
    Makes 80 cookies.
