Pumpkin Cake Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. finely chopped nuts
    3/4 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs at high speed of electric mixer for 5 minutes. Gradually beat in sugar, pumpkin and lemon juice.
    Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt.
    Fold into pumpkin mixture.
    Spread in a greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.
    Top with nuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
