Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans evaporated milk
    2 c. sugar
    6 large bananas
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    1/2 gal. regular milk
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar and canned milk in a boiler and bring it to lukewarm long enough to melt sugar.
    Mash bananas and add to mixture after taken off the heat.
    Add vanilla and dash of salt. Put mixture in ice cream freezer and fill freezer with milk.
