Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    5 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Pare and slice 6 apples and put in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
    Mix together flour, sugar, pinch of salt and 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder.
    Work as for pie crust. Add butter or margarine and one beaten egg.
    Sprinkle over apples and bake in hot oven until apples are done.
    Serve hot with milk or with ice cream or whipped cream.
