Joan'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
2 c. cooked mashed or 2 jars junior carrots
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. each: baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon
4 eggs
3/4 c. raisins and/or walnuts or 1 c. raisins or 1 c. walnuts
Preparation

Stir ingredients with wooden spoon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
(Test by toothpick inserted comes out clean.
May take less time if glass dish.)
