Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can beef consomme + 1 can water
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    2 c. long grain-regular rice
    2/3 c. chopped carrots
    2/3 c. chopped celery
    2/3 c. chopped green onion tops
    2/3 c. blanched almonds
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Note: Hand chop celery and carrots.
    Use scissors for onion tops.
