Basil Shrimp And Broccoli Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. Crisco oil
    3/4 lb. shelled and deveined fresh or frozen medium shrimp, thawed
    2 c. frozen broccoli cuts
    1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 2-inch thin strips
    1/2 c. snowpeas
    1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. water chestnuts
    1/2 c. boiling water
    2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules or 2 cubes
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
Preparation
    Heat Crisco oil in large skillet on medium heat.
    Add shrimp. Stir-fry about 4 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
    Remove to serving dish.
    Add all vegetables, except green onions.
    Stir-fry until crisp-tender.
