Pat'S Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 instant vanilla pudding
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. Crisco oil
    3/4 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. butter extract
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients and beat at high speed for 9 minutes. Mix sugar and cinnamon in another bowl.
    Grease (heavy) and flour angel cake pan.
    Put few nuts in bottom, pour 1/2 batter in and sprinkle with 3/4 of sugar mixture.
    Sprinkle with rest of nuts and pour in remaining batter and rest of sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Make thin glaze of powdered sugar, butter and milk to pour over top of cake as soon as you take it out of oven.
