Teriyaki Flank Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

flank steak
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
3/4 c. oil
Preparation

Marinate flank in remaining ingredients for 2 days, turning twice a day.
Grill on barbecue.
Some marinade can be heated as sauce the first day of cooking.
Do not save marinade for future use after meat has been sitting in it.
Steak should be served cut in thin strips following the grain of the meat.
