Ingredients

1 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
nuts
Preparation

Combine ingredients except nuts.
Put on low heat.
Stir until a boil.
Cook until forms a soft ball in cold water.
Beat until fudge is creamy.
Add nuts.
Pour into buttered pan.
