Lamb Terrapin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cold cooked lamb, diced
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. lamb stock
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt
Preparation

Combine lamb, eggs, olive oil and lemon juice.
Melt butter; add flour and mustard.
Stir stock in slowly.
Add Worcestershire sauce and salt as needed.
Cook and stir the sauce until it is boiling.
Add the lamb and egg mixture.
Heat thoroughly.
Serve it over toast points.
