Sweet Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sweet potatoes
    1 c. diced celery
    1 sliced red onion
    1 red pepper, diced
    1 ripe avocado, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1/4 c. sliced black olives
    1 small can kidney beans, drained
    Italian dressing
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes to tender and dice.
    Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.
    Stir now and again to marinate.
    Add potatoes to vegetable mixture and mix.
    Serve by itself or put on bed of lettuce.
