Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. canned pumpkin
Preparation

Cream sugar and eggs together; blend in oil with mixer.
Sift flour, cinnamon, baking powder and soda together.
Add gradually to creamed mixture.
Beat at medium speed until well blended.
Add pumpkin and blend well.
Stir in nuts.
Bake at 375\u00b0 in well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan for 1 hour or until tester comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 15 minutes.
Remove from pan.
