Classy Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, scraped and sliced
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    3 large eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    unsweetened whipped cream (optional)
Preparation
    Cook carrots in boiling salted water to cover, 8 to 10 minutes or until tender; drain.
    Place carrots in food processor for 15 seconds.
    Add sugar and next 5 ingredients and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
    Pour mixture into 6 lightly greased 8 ounce baking dishes.
    Place on a baking sheet and cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven, uncover and sprinkle with Pecan Topping.
    Bake 20 minutes. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
    Makes 6 servings.
