Cauliflower Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. lo-cal Italian dressing
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. dried basil, crushed
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    3 c. small cauliflowerets
    1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved, or 1 large tomato, cut into eighths
Preparation
    Cook onion and garlic in salad dressing in skillet until tender.
    Add cauliflowerets and 1/4 cup water.
    Cook, covered, over low heat for 10 minutes.
    Add green pepper; cook until cauliflower is tender, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cook until heated through.
    Serves 8.
