Orange Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can sugar-free apricots, chopped
    2 small cans sugar-free mandarin oranges
    1 large box sugar-free orange jello
    2 small containers peach yogurt
    1 large Cool Whip
    1 pkg. thin grated cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
    Add juice from the 3 cans of fruit.
    Chill until half firm.
    Mix in cans of fruit.
    Add yogurt.
    Set in 1 large oblong glass baking pan until firm.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Ice with Cool Whip.
    Garnish top with more grated cheese.
    Serves 8 to 10 people.
