Good Potato Salad - cooking recipe

3 large potatoes, cubed
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. cabbage, finely shredded
1/4 c. green onions, diced
1/4 c. dill pickles, finely chopped
12 oz. corned beef, cubed
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine vinegar, celery seed and mustard seed; set aside. Cook and drain potatoes. While potatoes are warm, drizzle with vinegar mixture. Sprinkle with sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt; chill. Add cabbage, corned beef, pickle and onions. Mix dressing (mayonnaise, milk and 1/2 teaspoon salt). Pour over salad and mix lightly. Makes 8 servings.
