Pineapple Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ham, ground
    1 lb. lean fresh pork, ground
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten slightly
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    6 pineapple slices, well drained
    6 maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Mix well all ingredients, except brown sugar, pineapple and cherries.
    Sprinkle brown sugar in pan or baking dish.
    Arrange pineapple rings; place a cherry in center of each ring.
    Pat ham loaf mixture over entire surface of pineapple.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 1 hour.
    When done, drain off excess liquid in bottom of pan.
    Remove cover.
    Place meat platter over meat loaf and invert pan.
    Makes eight servings.
