Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 bell peppers, cut in half and seeds removed
    5 to 6 lb. lean ground beef (more if bell peppers are large)
    2 to 3 onions
    2 bell peppers
    3 to 4 cloves garlic
    2 ribs celery
    1/2 loaf French bread
Preparation
    Parboil 12 peppers in water until tender (not too soft). Brown meat in pot sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.
    After meat is cooked and browned, add:
    onion, garlic, 2 bell peppers and celery.
    Wet French bread (squeeze out water).
    Add bread to meat. Season with salt and red pepper.
    Add onion tops and parsley.
