Heavenly Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large can evaporated milk
Preparation

In double boiler, melt butter and chocolate.
Add sugar a little at a time.
Stir until dissolved.
Add salt, slowly stir in evaporated milk.
Use sauce hot or cold.
Great topping for ice crem and cake!
