Homestyle Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 (12 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook macaroni to desired tenderness.
In a medium saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons butter.
Stir in 4 tablespoons flour until smooth.
Add 2 cups milk and stir on medium heat until sauce thickens.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
In a casserole dish put one layer cooked macaroni, one layer grated Velveeta cheese and another layer of cooked macaroni.
Pour sauce over macaroni.
Top with grated Velveeta cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
