Corned Beef And Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. corned beef brisket
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 bay leaf
    1 head cabbage, cut into wedges
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a Dutch oven. Cover with water and bring to a slow boil, then reduce heat and simmer over low heat for 2 hours.
