Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    3 medium eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 2/3 c. grated carrots
    2/3 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    2/3 c. pecans, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix well the first 5 ingredients and add the eggs, oil, carrots, pineapple and pecans. Mix on medium speed until batter is smooth and shiny. Pour batter into 9-inch cake pans that have been greased and lined with wax paper. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until cake springs back when pressed in middle with fingers. Cool to warm temperature before icing.
