Peanut Butter Surprise Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/3 c. shortening
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
24 miniature milk chocolate covered peanut butter cups

Preparation

Heat oven.
Line
muffin pan with paper cups.
In large bowl, combine everything, except peanut butter cups.
Fill prepared cups 2/3 full with batter.
Remove wrapping for peanut butter cups and press into batter until tops are level.
