Vegged Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

cooked rice or cooked shell beans (your choice) *
shredded cheese
1/4 c. each: sesame seed and sunflower seeds (unsalted)
1 to 2 eggs
cumin powder to taste
salt and pepper to taste
green peppers, washed and halved
small onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
parsley or sweet basil to taste
