Wacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 stick melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cold water

Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients well by hand.
Add next four ingredients.
Stir together.
Bake in 9-inch square pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Double for 9 x 13-inch pan.
