Noodle Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook noodles; drain and rinse with hot water.
    Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Beat eggs with milk, salt, pepper and cheese.
    Pour over noodles and bake
    1 hour.
    This is a good accompaniment to pot roast.
