Farfel Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. farfel
    2 c. hot water
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    2 tsp. vanilla
    sugar and cinnamon
Preparation
    Soak farfel in hot water. Do not squeeze out.
    Beat eggs with sugar.
    Add to the farfel.
    Beat sour cream with cottage cheese and add farfel and egg mixture.
    Stir in salt, pineapple and juice and vanilla.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish for 40 minutes.
    Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake 20 minutes more.
