Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. onions, coarsely chopped
    2 c. cooked rice (cold)
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat pan; add oil and fry onions until brown.
    Add cold rice and saute.
    Add eggs, seasoned with soy sauce and salt.
    Saute until done.
    If you don't like shrimp, add anything like ham, chicken, green pepper or bacon.
    Serves 6.
