Grilled Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium or large red potatoes
    1 small onion
    6 slices Velveeta cheese or Mexican Velveeta
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes into approximately 1-inch cubes.
    Place in boiling water for approximately 15 minutes.
    On two separate pieces of tinfoil, spread out 1/2 stick of margarine.
    Drain potatoes; place on tinfoil.
    Cover with cheese; seal foil.
    Cook on each side for approximately 4 to 5 minutes.
