Ham Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground ham
    1 1/2 slices bread, cubed
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    3 large or 4 small green peppers
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
    prepared mustard to taste
    3 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Mix well, stuff into parboiled green peppers.
    Place in baking dish with 1/2-inch water.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
