Pork Chops In Ginger Ale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 large pork chops
    2 onions, sliced
    2 oz. butter
    a little brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 pt. ginger ale
    1 Tbsp. tomato puree
    seasoning
Preparation
    Saute onions in half the butter until golden brown.
    Put in a casserole.
    Brown pork chops in remaining butter and place on top of onions.
    Scatter brown sugar over them.
    Mix tomato puree and flour in bowl.
    Add ginger ale and pour over chops.
    Season to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
