Chicken Over Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped chicken
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender.
    Pick off bone and chop.
    Mix chicken, sour cream and soup together well.
    Pour in a casserole dish.
    Crumble enough Town House crackers to cover top of dish. Melt a little butter and mix with crackers.
    Cover top of chicken mixture.
    Cook uncovered in oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
